Yes - you did read that correctly!
Yesterday we went to Pics, which is the number 1 peanut butter in New Zealand. Likely you have never heard of Pics even though it is shipped worldwide. During our tour we found out which countries DO NOT allow PIC’s to be shipped too - guess what? Canada was on that list - boo hiss!
I love this peanut butter, which Ted can attest to, as we have two jars travelling around with us - well, maybe one left now. But I bought more yesterday - yeah!
Today is officially 2 months in New Zealand. Where did the time go? We met a woman in Wellington who summed it up great for me; the days are long, but the years are short. We are not here for years, but I certainly understand the comment about the days being long (fun filled and exploratory), but when we look back at 2 months I think ‘where did the time go’.
We still have 2 1/2 months to go and all of the South Island and Steward Island to reexplore and explore, before heading to Australia. The adventure continues …
